HFA Podcast: Case Study by Zeppelin University Executive Master's Students

Updated: Apr 13

As part of the requirements for passing the Change Management module in the Executive Master’s program at Zeppelin University spring 2026, Dr. Lars Schatilow and Prof. Dr. Matthias Weiß assigned the students the task of examining the implementation of AI. The students were trained in classic change management for IT (tech adoption) and in the Human-Friendly Automation Adoption Model. They were tasked with applying both concepts in a case study.

Typical of ZU students: With a great deal of creativity and expertise, they produced this outstanding podcast.

It’s well worth a listen, as the students apply what they’ve learned very effectively and approach AI not just technically, but holistically.
