WELCOME
The annual event of far-sighted decision makers in the AI era
Human Friendly Automation (HFA) Day is the annual event of the cross-industry HFA Alliance of Experts. It is aimed at decision-makers who see artificial intelligence not only in technical terms, but also as a renewal of the entire organization and shape it in the interests of people, based on the HFA Values Charter.
Hosted in the first year by IBM Deutschland and in the second year by the German Federal Employment Agency, in 2023 the German Pension Insurance Federation (DRV Bund) is pleased to host the 3rd HFA Day.

Discussions, book presentation, practical examples
On October 25, 2023, the DRV Bund premises will be all about how we organize people's work under the influence of artificial intelligence and digital automation, and how change can be designed in a human-friendly way. Topics that are gaining relevance not only due to the current debate about ChatGPT. Because in the private sector as well as for the DRV Bund and the entire public sector, it is not about cutting jobs through automation, but rather about introducing intelligent technologies in such a way that the work of employees can be improved as quickly as possible and in a way that builds trust, in order to offer added value to citizens.

"I'm very pleased that we are the host of the HFA Day 2023 on our premises, giving this important topic a stage and the network a platform for exchange."
